Barre Attack

Great Posture
Our latest class Barre Attack is a complete body workout fusing ballet barre conditioning and pilates. Barre Attack classes are designed to tone your entire body, creating longer and leaner muscles. Ballet & pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat tone your muscles, while complementary yoga postures lengthen and shape your muscles (think long & lean like a ballet dancer).

Functional Training

Do you want a full body strength training class that targets the major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight? Functional training also incorporates bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up, this is a fantastic full body workout class for all fitness levels. The class is 45min and will encourage you to push and learn some great new exercises.

Mind & Body
A Pilates mat class will improve your strength, posture and mobility giving you fast results. Our mat classes are a group of general full body workouts. The exercises are set in sequence toning, stretching and working the entire body with focus on the abdominals. As you become stronger and familiar with the exercises the intensity and flow increases making the workouts more challenging.

As a trainer for 7 years I’ve worked with many different individuals to help them achieve the goals. From strength training to kettlebell work and also weight loss, I’ve worked with many individuals to obtain their goals in health. It’s a great job when you get to push people to their limits and see them accomplish what they thought was nearly impossible. Every session has to be a challenge and you have to continuous learn if want to achieve your goals.


Having been through her own journey and challenges of been overweight, Anastasi found a love for exercise. After many years in the corporate world, she wanted to pass on her experience, knowledge and passion to others. She believes in a holistic approach to training and will look beyond your sessions to ensure you get to your desired goal. 


Liana has a strong passion for helping people achieving results. She sets individually structured and tailored exercise programs that incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular training, agility and coordination, improving speed, endurance, stability, flexibility and injury prevention.Whether the goal is to get toned, gain strength or just change habits- every session is physically and mentally challenging, yet fun and motivating.

Darren has 7 years’ experience as a personal trainer in the industry. He has always been an enthusiastic learner which means that his priority for his clients is the education in exercise and diet. This passion for learning led him to study both neuro linguistic programming so that he could influence the behavioural attitudes of his clients.
