Gear up for a sweat fest every Tuesday & Thursday with our 1 hour Boxing class! This highly varied session will keep your muscles guessing and will maximise your fitness and strength gains. The first quarter of the session incorporates a full body workout the rest of the class is finished with boxing and core. This class will really test your endurance and burn calories like nothing else.

Functional Training

Do you want a full body strength training class that targets the major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight? Functional training also incorporates bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up, this is a fantastic full body workout class for all fitness levels. The class is 45min and will encourage you to push and learn some great new exercises. Come in and ask us about this class.

Mind & Body
A Pilates mat class will improve your strength, posture and mobility giving you fast results. Our mat classes are a group of general full body workouts. The exercises are set in sequence toning, stretching and working the entire body with focus on the abdominals. As you become stronger and familiar with the exercises the intensity and flow increases making the workouts more challenging.

Having a sporting background, Holly is very interested in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a holistic approach to health. Holly stays active through boxing weekly and surfing most weekends. Holly has been a basketball coach for 6 years and currently coaching children of ages ranging between 5yrs-15yrs old. When Holly isn’t working, she’s completing her degree in Education (P-12).
